Terms of Service

1. The service

AJ-Hub is a subscription platform for managing orders, quotes, customers, catalogs, and shipments for awards and promotional products shops. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we discontinue something you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration information.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are $49, $99, or $199 per month depending on tier, billed in advance through Stripe.
• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial months, except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is settled.

4. Your data

Your data is yours. You keep all rights to the information you put into AJ-Hub, including your customer records, orders, and files. You grant us only the license needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data in order to run the service for you — nothing more. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload, including having the right to store your customers' personal information.

5. Connected accounts

AJ-Hub connects to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Gmail, Twilio, and Shippo. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and your relationship with them is your own. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access it on your behalf as described at the time of connection. We are not responsible for a third party's availability, accuracy, or changes to its API, and we may lose access to it for reasons outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, or in violation of any anti-spam, telemarketing, or messaging law
• Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt our systems or another customer’s data
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission
• Use the service for anything illegal, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property
• Circumvent usage limits or share one account across separate businesses

7. Our intellectual property

The AJ-Hub software, design, and branding belong to us. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active, and nothing else.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data synced from a third-party service will be complete or accurate. AJ-Hub is not accounting, tax, or legal advice — verify anything that matters against your accounting system of record.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these terms or of any law.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks harm to other customers or to us — with notice where practical. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
